What if your driver never shows up?

Our platform uses live dispatchers instead of relying solely on automation, eliminating the likelihood of this happening. However, if this situation should arise, our company will cover the full cost of the food and provide you with a credit for the same amount as a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction. Your trust means everything to us.

How long have you been in business?

Our parent company has been in the delivery industry since 2013, bringing over a decade of expertise to the table. While our specific location is newly established, we're backed by years of proven systems, experience, and a commitment to exceptional service.

What % commission do you charge the restaurants?

Our fee, combined with GrubHub or DoorDash fees, will always save you money compared to what you’re currently paying. With rates ranging from 0% to 15%, depending on your deal, we ensure better value for your business and more money in your pocket.

Do you have enough drivers?

We have thousands of drivers throughout the United States and we hire locally based on volume and demand.

What if the food is delivered late?

If an order is canceled due to late delivery, your restaurant will be notified via email with the reason for the cancellation. If the cancellation is caused by a delay on our driver's part, we will cover 100% of the food cost. Please note that GrubHub only covers 70% in such cases.

Does the Restaurant need to call when there is an order for delivery?

The restaurant only needs to prepare the food—we handle everything else. We receive delivery orders at the same time you do, and our driver will arrive to pick up the food just minutes after the order is placed.
